Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During high-volume periods or product launches, processing may take slightly longer, but we will always strive to ship your items as quickly as possible.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We offer both domestic and international shipping. Delivery time varies based on destination:

Domestic (Indonesia): 2–5 business days

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected courier. Any customs duties or import taxes for international shipments are the responsibility of the recipient.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure that your shipping details are correct. Bassics Club is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incomplete or incorrect addresses.

Return & Exchange Policy

Eligibility
We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, In their original packaging, With all tags still attached

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, certain items such as socks or intimate accessories are final sale and cannot be returned.
